How to book

As part of the new online registration system, members will be able to book any crèche places required as an additional chargeable item as part of their registration process. Simply choose the number of crèche places required at the 'basket' stage of your registration and enter your child's or children's details. If you are unsure about whether you require a place at the time you register for conference, note that you can return to your registration online and add the crèche booking at a later stage (prior to the 22 August deadline for bookings).

Children under the age of 11 who are accompanied by an adult registered for conference, do not require a photo pass for conference.

Babysitting service

If you require babysitting services outside of regular crèche hours, then this is available via our crèche provider Tinies. The booking fee is £25+VAT per nanny in advance, then £8.00 an hour (before midnight) or £10.00 an hour (after midnight) is payable to the nanny at the end of the evening. Note that a minimum booking of 3 hours applies and that each nanny can look after a maximum of three children in one room.
