Birmingham Autumn Conference 2011 Standard Form for Questions to Party Committees, Parliamentary Parties and other Party Bodies Plain Text Version Please fill in this form to submit questions to any of the reports listed in the Agenda. The closing date for submission of questions is 1300 hours, Monday 5th September 2011. A voting conference representative may submit questions to any report tabled for consideration. The Conference Committee will publish in Conference Daily all the questions submitted which are in order, compositing similar questions where appropriate. After the report is moved, the mover, or their nominee, shall answer the questions in turn. After each question has been answered, the voting member who submitted the question will be given the opportunity to put a supplementary question, speaking for a maximum of two minutes, and the mover, or their nominee, will be given an opportunity to respond. The Chair shall determine the time given to the mover in moving the report and replying to questions. The Chair shall also determine how many of the published questions, and how many of the questions submitted after the deadline can be taken. After the Conference, the Conference Committee shall publish the answers to all questions submitted which are in order, and to all supplementary questions asked.
