Advance on-line registration has now closed.

Claimant members who registered online and paid the £30 fee upfront should email conferences@libdems.org.uk after the event to arrange a £15 refund.

On-site registration and Pass Collection

*There are still places available however please note that spaces are limited*

On-site registration will be available to representatives who have yet to register or need to query their current registration; and for representatives to collect their security wristband passes. The on-site registration and designated pass collection areas are located in Hall 3 for the NEC.

On-site registration is a simple three-step process:

• Please complete the relevant registration form, which is available in the Registration Area in Hall 3 of the NEC
• If you are believe you are eligible for the claimant rate then please ensure you bring sufficient proof of your claimant status with you to receive the reduced rate.
  
• Pay the registration fee at the Finance Desk. Please note that we are only able to accept payments in cash.
• If you are a voting member you will be able to collect your wristband pass from the registration team.  Should there be a query with your voting status you will be able to verify this with the membership department.  All wristband passes must be securely attached by a member of the registrations team.
  

• Take a copy of your registration confirmation email and proof of identity directly to the Pass Collection area
• Exchange your email for your wristband pass, which will be securely attached by a member of the Registrations Team.
