As the Government's Deputy Chief Whip during the coalition, Don Foster knows how Government works behind the scenes. He will be giving us an insight into the "dark arts" of being a Whip on Thursday 20th October.
Don was the Lib Dem MP for Bath 1992-2015 and is now in the House of Lords.
