Sheffield Lib Dem Pint

Sheffield Lib Dems are pleased to host a 'Lib Dem Pint' at Harrison's 1854 Bar and Lounge, 15 Regent Terrace, Sheffield, S3 7QA. The event will be an informal occasion especially suited for younger and newer members of Sheffield Liberal Democrats to meet each other, find out more about what we do locally and nationally plus an opportunity to meet some of our more established members.

The event has been organised by Philip Brown and Councillor Andy Nash, who are both active members of Sheffield Lib Dems and joined the party in response to the 2015 General Election so if you've joined us since the European Referendum you can hear what both have got up to with the party in that time and perhaps be inspired to replicate some of it yourself (yes, Andy really did successfully get elected to Sheffield City Council within a year of joining the party - but he's also a rarity nationally)!

We also plan to have at least one other speaker for you to enjoy, but we're mostly looking forward to hearing your views on politics and the future for Britain after the referendum result, and maybe even how you'd like to help volunteer for the #LibDemFightback in the coming months. So bring your views, buy a drink of your choice at the bar and hopefully in return you'll get an entertaining evening from us.

We've the lounge in Harrison's booked for the evening, but come along for 6:30pm and we'll see where the evening takes us. Our only request is that if you're planning to attend, please respond to the RSVP below in advance as we would like to be able to warn the venue of how big our party is before the event.

Look forward to seeing you there!

Ps If you'd like to also add this event to your Facebook calendar, click here.
