Liberal Democrats

Open, tolerant, united - find out about being a London Lib Dem councillor

Councillors are elected to represent their communities and to bring liberal change where they live.

Sarah Olney's fantastic result in Richmond Park has shown we have a big opportunity in nearby Merton for the 2018 local elections. Our council spends millions in public money, and makes decisions affecting thousands of local people.

Come to our event to find out what it means to be a London Borough councillor: the highs - and lows. Sutton's Cllr Hanna Zuchowska will be on hand to answer any questions, and Carl Quilliam and the Merton campaign team will be on hand to talk through our plans.

The event is free, but we hope you might make a donation towards our costs if you can join us:
