I have just tried to register. Why have I had to enter my details again when I’ve previously been to conference?
If you create a new account rather than logging into your existing record then you will need to complete all the relevant registration fields. This also means your photo won’t be on file. This will cause delays to your registration and when your pass can be sent to you. We would strongly advise all returning users to log back into their existing accounts details via the unique link in our conference invitation emails.
I can’t remember my Password, what do I do?
If you have problems remembering your password simply put your username in and click the 'Send me my Password' link. This will trigger an automatic reminder email to the address you gave when you last registered. Alternatively use the unique link in your invitation email.
How long does the registration process take?
We estimate the registration process will take less than 10 minutes to complete. For returning users we estimate the time to be significantly less
