A:

I have just tried to register. Why have I had to enter my details again when I’ve previously been to conference?

A:

If you create a new account rather than logging into your existing record with your previous username, then you will need to complete all the relevant registration fields. This also means your photo won’t be on file. This will cause delays to your registration and when your pass can be sent to you. We would strongly advise all returning users to use the same username that they have used at previous conferences.

Where can I find out my username?

A:

Your username will be in your event invite email as well as in booking confirmation emails. If you are unable to find either of these then you can email conferences@libdems.org.uk to request a reminder. However note that during busy periods or outside of office hours you may not get an immediate response.

I can’t remember my Password, what do I do?

A:

If you have problems remembering your password simply put your username in and click the 'Send me my Password' link. This will trigger an automatic reminder email to the address you gave when you last registered.

How long does the registration process take?

A:

We estimate the registration process will take less than 10 minutes to complete. For returning users we estimate the time to be significantly less
