Support is growing for amendment NC11, which MPs will be debating tomorrow - and we stand a real chance of Parliament voting to take back control from the Conservatives tomorrow:

Palace of Westminster.

The Liberal Democrats have gained strong cross-party support behind their bid to amend the EU Withdrawal Bill at Report Stage. The amendment will be debated in the house tomorrow.

It's vital that MPs are fully briefed on the impact of Brexit on British jobs and families before any meaningful vote on the deal.

The Liberal Democrat amendment would give Parliament the power, if it rejects both the deal the Government secures with the EU or a No deal, to require the Government to either exit from Brexit or seek to extend Article 50.

An extension would enable negotiations to continue with the EU with a view to securing a better deal.

The amendment would also require the Government to publish an assessment of the economic impact on the UK and the regions of any deal, or a No deal, before MPs hold a vote on withdrawal.

It's vital that MPs are fully briefed on the impact of Brexit on British jobs and families before any meaningful vote on the deal.

We should also able to reject a poor deal or 'No Deal' and instead vote for an exit from Brexit or an extension of the negotiations.

Parliament must be in full control of the Brexit process, not an elitist clique of Brexit Ministers. This would be a clear demonstration of our sovereignty and that we are taking back control.
