I’ve just spoken to the Member Services team and they’ve updated a record for one of my local members for me, but it isn’t showing in Lighthouse.

A:

Lighthouse is connected to Salesforce, which HQ staff are still using, and while changes made in Lighthouse are updated in Salesforce immediately, there is currently a 15-minute delay in changes made in Salesforce appearing in Lighthouse - this time may reduce in future.

If it has been more than half an hour since the team made the change and you still can't see it, just follow up by email or phone.
