John Howson is the Lib Dem spokesperson on Oxfordshire County Council on education matters. He gave up driving a car two years ago and first installed PV roof panels on his house a decade ago.
John believes much more should be done to public buildings to make them carbon neutral and would install PV panels as covers in car parks to generate electricity. He spent whole career in education as teacher, lecturer, business owner and adviser to the Lib Dems.
