Right now phone is the best way for us to keep in touch with people, reach out and make sure they have access to any support they may need - and we are finding that people really appreciate these calls. Another lockdown may be difficult for many residents and reaching out and ensuring everyone has access to support, if needed, is vital at this time.
Join us at 2pm for a briefing before we hit the phones. Mute your Zoom and stay on the Zoom whilst calls are being made, or turn it off and return at 4pm for a debrief and a well-deserved cup of tea or coffee!
