Stephen has been MP for Eastbourne 2010 - 2015, and 2017 - 2019. His abiding passion is serving the constituency.
He is re-standing to be Eastbourne's MP for two key reasons. Firstly Stephen cares deeply about our town and believe has the drive and skill to successfully navigate it through the trials and tribulations of Brexit as well the current retail down-turn. Stephen’s experience means he knoe’s how to use the access the letters MP after ones name affords, and secure the most positive outcome of whatever opportunities are available.
Secondly, Stephen has consistently put Eastbourne & Willingdon first representing views from across the political spectrum. Stephen says “It’s what I’ve always done, it’s what I did in my first term and it’s what I have done over the last two and a half years since being re-elected in 2017. And it will be exactly what I continue to do if I am re-elected as your MP.”
The key is to keep Eastbourne moving forward positively and successfully as a town. That is what Stephen has the experience and wherewithal to do and, with your support, he will continue and not let residents down.
