Enhancing opportunities for everyone to make the most of their potential is a key Liberal Democrat objective.
This consultation paper is presented as the first stage in the development of new Party policy in relation to Opportunity and Skills. It does not represent agreed Party policy. It is designed to stimulate debate and discussion within the Party and outside; based on the response generated and on the deliberations of the working group a full policy paper will be drawn up and presented to Conference for debate.
The consultation session at Spring Conference will take place Saturday 18th March 13.00-14.00 in the Bootham Room at Hilton York.
