Federal People Development Committee April update

FPDC discussed the AO migration process and have agreed that the migration needs to be complete by Spring conference 2025. There are a number of groups who have not completed and as the date set for migration completion by conference is now passed are technically not AOs. We are going to attempt to address this asap. 

The issue of unthinking discrimation against disabled candidates and members was discussed and a full paper will come to the next FPDC. 

FPDC discussed the conference consultation and noted:

- conference is a hugely important time for AOs in terms of fundraising and networking

- the implications for our ability to deliver training to members is impacted if conference is cancelled. 

- clarity around compliance matters is needed before FB make a decision.
