Inflation figures: this is not 'job done' for the Govt

Responding to inflation figures falling to 3.2%, Liberal Democrat Treasury Spokesperson Daisy Cooper MP said:
“This news will be a small relief for many families who are being hammered by sky-high supermarket and energy bills, but this is not ‘job done’ for the Government.
“The Chancellor urgently needs to cut the cost of living by reducing energy bills, giving an emergency VAT cut to high street hospitality, and cutting the red tape holding back British businesses and forcing up prices, by striking a new customs union deal with Europe.”
