Burnham must get UK-EU Summit date in diary

After the Prime Minister failed to name a date for the postponed UK-EU Summit in response to Ed Davey’s question at PMQs today, Liberal Democrat Europe Spokesperson, Al Pinkerton MP, said:
“The Prime Minister says he wants to work more closely with our European neighbours. But this relationship urgently needs a date.
“Andy Burnham needs to get the postponed UK-EU Summit back in the diary - and use it to tear down the barriers holding back British businesses and to get our economy growing again.”
