RCN warning on corridor care: Lib Dems will continue to champion NHS

Commenting on the Royal College of Nursing's warning about corridor care pushing staff morale almost “past the point of no return”, Liberal Democrat Health Spokesperson Helen Morgan MP said:

“Corridor care shames this country and it has been tolerated for too long. Liberal Democrats will continue to be the party that champions the NHS. That is why this week we launched a plan to end the scandal of corridor care within a year, guaranteed in law. By investing in our hospitals, in social care and in supporting family carers we can rescue our broken health service."
