Prospective Westminster Parliamentary Candidate for Hamble Valley

The Local Party Executives of Eastleigh, Fareham and Winchester Liberal Democrats invite applications for selection as the Prospective Westminster Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency of Hamble Valley. Applications must be received by the Returning Officer no later than 5pm on 22 October 2026.

Hamble Valley is a Moving Forward+ seat. It is one of the Liberal Democrats' most winnable Conservative-held seats nationally. The Party came within 4,802 votes of taking it in 2024 and needs a swing of just 2,402 votes to win it next time. 

With a strong base of Liberal Democrat councillors already representing the western half of the constituency, from Hedge End to Hamble-le-Rice, this is a seat with real foundations to build on.

● Election Artwork: This should be a political CV or manifesto, limited to a single side of A4 in PDF format which is maximum 10 MB in size. This document will be included in the e-ballot and posted member mailing
