What is the purpose of this role: Your designs could switch voters to the Liberal Democrats up and down the country. We’re looking for designers and animators who can work in a very fast-paced environment. Our content stretches from policy explainers to reactive memes and is used across our organic and paid platforms which reach hundreds of thousands of voters.
What skills do you need: You will have experience in designing for social media. You will be comfortable with producing work at pace and not let the perfect be the enemy of the good. You will respond positively to feedback and accept that even our best content sometimes doesn’t make it through political vetting.

When do we need you: We are expanding our team for the full 6 weeks of the General Election campaign.
