Federal People Development Committee November update

FPDC has been working with Affiliated Organisations to get necessary documents to the committee in order to approve these organisations. We will have a full paper on the AO review at January meeting.

Recently, we set up the Diversity Sub Committee and we are working on updating the whistleblowing policy. We also have a working group on looking at elements of safeguarding and noting our registered supporters emergency system of removal works.

FPDC agreed to add the Party President as a sub in case the Chair or Vice Chairs are not available.

We have received a training update the training officer.
