UK GDPR Training
Online data protection training for individuals
It is recommended that all party execs complete UK GDPR training - regardless of your role, you’ll be handling personal data in some shape or form. This applies to both new officers and existing ones needing a refresher after twelve months.
We recognise that it can be hard to find time to sit through training seminars, so we’ve made the training interactive. It comes in the form of a short game from Sponge Learning. This can be done in your own time and on your own device…even a smartphone!
There are a few ways to access the training:

- You can email data.protection@libdems.org.uk with the names and email addresses of the individuals requesting training and the link will be sent to you
- Complete the relevant section in the Checklist for party organisations to request training for yourself and others.
Once you’ve completed the training, we’ll be notified automatically - we’re also looking to add this to your membership record to show you have UK GDPR training under your belt!
