πΆ Key Responsibilities: π
As one of our superstar crew members, you'll be the first point of contact for all the telephone, email, and written excitement coming our way. Your superpower is ensuring that queries get answered in a flash, all while having a blast!
- You'll be the maestro of membership renewals, new sign-ups, and updates, mainly through email but sometimes with a little telephone magic and even some snail mail action.
- Your groove will be using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to keep our membership records in perfect harmony.
- As the party's front-line hero, you'll build solid connections with other departments and make sure everyone β our teams and our members β gets what they need.
- When a query needs an extra dose of sparkle, you'll ensure it's taken to the next level promptly and collaborate with the point person to make the magic happen.
- But that's not all β you'll also get trained to be a Fire Warden and First Aider, and you might even become the Office Manager extraordinaire when duty calls.
- You might even get to be a surprise guest at other teams' parties, helping out with exciting projects and jumping into spontaneous fun!

Essential Skills and Experience:
- You've got some customer service experience in your pocket, whether it's from in-person or call centre gigs.
- Multitasking is your jam, and you've got a smile that can light up a room.
- Your communication skills, both written and spoken, are the stars of the show.
- Organisation and administration? You're like a Swiss watch β precise and on point!
- You live by the "Customer First" motto, and you're confident with IT, ready to learn and grow with full support and training.
- Being part of a tight-knit team? You thrive on it, and you're a self-starter who can manage your workload with ease. Independence is your middle name!
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- If you've got experience working with customer data and databases, that's a bonus. We groove with Salesforce for our CRM.
- Any previous involvement in a membership organisation, charity, or non-profit world would be a plus, but it's not a deal-breaker.
- Oh, and it's a given that you're familiar with and support the values of our Party β after all, it's the heart and soul of this fantastic political bash!
