What is the purpose of this role: You will be responding to requests for broadcast interviews throughout the campaign, pitching MPs and other spokespeople for broadcast interviews, drafting written briefings for interviews, briefing MPs, candidates and other spokespeople ahead of interviews and monitoring broadcast coverage and clipping interviews
What skills do you need: You will need strong verbal and written communication skills, strong political judgement, good networking skills and the ability to quickly form effective relationships with broadcast producers and an interest in the news and current affairs, especially TV and radio
When do we need you: We are expanding our team for the full 6 weeks of the General Election Short Campaign.
