Introduction

The Campaign for Gender Balance (CGB) exists to develop and support women interested in standing for public office within the Liberal Democrats.

You will also have an important role in helping to deliver the party’s overall strategy set by party conference.

CGB organises training including Inspiration Days and Future Women MPs' Weekends. CGB also offers approval mentoring for any woman interested in kick-starting their candidate journey along with specialist selection mentoring.

CGB works closely and has strong relationships with other Party Bodies.

These roles are appointed by the Federal Board. Candidates will be required to take part in an online interview with a panel of Board members. Further details of dates will be shared with candidates as soon as possible.
