This will involve organising leaflet delivery, doorstep canvassing sessions, back office admin support, telephone campaigns and more - all supported by our volunteers.
Power-up our army of activists
You’ll run training for our volunteers, so they can have skills and confidence they need to make an impact when campaigning; meeting residents and businesses. You’ll work with our volunteer coordinators to recruit talented and committed new activists into our campaign teams.
Provide data-driven campaign advice
Use Lib Dem tools such as, Connect, Lighthouse, local surveys, petitions, and even national polling to help drive our campaigns. You’ll need to develop sharp political antennae and apply all the relevant data to help us grow our electoral success.
You know how to get things done
You’re a self-starter. You hit deadlines. You have strong attention to detail. You make sure team members know what’s expected of them. You can manage projects and one-off tasks.
You can work with and motivate volunteers
You’ve got the enthusiasm and empathy to motivate our teams of activists to campaign on the doorstep.
You’ll work closely with our ward/area leads to build capacity and relationships with key stakeholders.
You’ll be directly involved with recruiting, managing and training volunteers.
You’re a wordsmith with an eye for design
You’ve able to write content that wins hearts and minds. With sharp attention to detail, you know what makes engaging and informative (political) leaflets. You’re familiar with and confident with desktop publishing tools.
