Campaigns and Communications Intern

Salary:                          £11,735.00 to £14,924.00 /year

Location:                    Salford M5

Hours:                        Full-time, Internship

 

Purpose of job

ALDC (Association of Liberal Democrat Councillors) is the leading campaigning organisation within the Liberal Democrats.

Our internship programme is now in its 5th year. We're looking for someone who wants to learn campaigning and communication skills and help us win in the 2021 local elections. Some of the job is based at our HQ in Salford Quays and some of the job working with local Lib Dems in Greater Manchester helping them campaign.

Fundraising Officer (WALES)

Responsible to:      Chief Executive of the Welsh Liberal Democrats 

Salary:                      £27,000-£32,000 per annum 

Benefit:                    8% Employer’s Pension Contribution 

Tenure:                    Fixed term to May 2021 

Hours:                      Full time (40 hours per week) 

Flexible location with travel:  This role can be conducted remotely with in-person meetings in Cardiff, a desk available at HQ in London and meetings around Wales with donors.  Travel within Wales will be reimbursed.

Purpose of job

To lead major donor fundraising for the Welsh Liberal Democrats, working with staff, candidates and fundraising volunteers to deliver our fundraising targets ahead of the 2021 Senedd elections.

Campaigns Manager (Scotland)

Responsible to:        Head of Campaigns & Elections (Scotland)

Salary:                       £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

Hours:                        Full time

Location:                    Home based, with travel

 

Purpose of job 

To deliver election success in priority areas across Scotland, with a clear objective of putting “more gold on the map” – be it Lib Dem MPs, MSPs, Lib Dem-led Councils and Lib Dem councillors.
